This old trading post is much beloved by Route 66 fans, but it doesn't appear to be called the Jack Rabbit Trading Post any longer -- the sign that we saw out front merely identified it as the uninspiring (and punctuation-deficient) "Stop n' Go."

But maybe it is beyond needing a name.

The iconic jack rabbit on the side of the building has been repainted. The "HERE IT IS" sign, which was looking good after a paint and repair job a few years back, is again showing its age. Maybe Route 66 devotees gauge their own ages by the number of "HERE IT IS" sign repairs that they've lived through.
