From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nore_stavkirke Nore Stave Church is a cross- church of the mid-mast type, originally built as a single-vessel stave church ( long church ), in Nore in Nore and Uvdal municipality in Buskerud . It is common to date the stave church until the end of the 12th century . Parts of the construction have been dated to 1167, but the church was probably only built a few years later. The church has a strong sense of renaissance and rococo. The stake church has 150 seats, and access is via Fv116 and Rv40 .
