Warm Springs is a former town in the Tonopah Basin in Nye County, Nevada, near the mountain pass which divides the Kawich and Hot Creek ranges. It is located at the junction of U.S. Route 6 and State Route 375, around 50 miles east of Tonopah. Wikipedia

A once-active hot springs resort in an isolated part of central Nevada. Although the bathhouse is closed, visitors can still access the hot spring itself. Portions of the creek have been dammed to provide bathing opportunities. Atop a large travertine hill, water emerges from the ground here crystal-clear and extremely hot. The travertine is strikingly white, in direct contrast to the more subdued colors of the surrounding desert.

Apparently the hot spring lies on a major geological fault, with several recently reported earthquakes attributed to it. Do not bathe at the source. Instead, return to the abandoned resort and look for a few small pools in the creek on the east side of the restaurant. You can also follow the water on the other side of the highway, where it is cooler and the pools are smaller. Although this is an isolated part of the state, do not expect to have the area to yourself. The developed portions of this onetime resort are all closed and fenced off.

We stopped by here unaware of what was really here and found out later that there was a pool that was accessible in the back that we could've tried. We atleast got to feel the water in the river and yes it is very warm.
