Berlin is a hot travel destination these days, but little known to most tourists and even many Germans, on the edge of the city lie the chilling abandoned remains of “Hitler’s Olympic village,” built for the so-called Nazi Games of 1936. The site remains a crumbling remnant of sportsmanship and a history its host country would like to forget.
