From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gol_stavkirke Gol Stave Church is a stave church from the Gol municipality in Buskerud, which now stands at the Norwegian Folk Museum at Bygdøy in Oslo and belongs to the ruling monarch in Norway at all times. Dendrochronological surveys indicate that parts of the building are listed after 1216 , but it also has elements as early as 1157 .
