Site is owned privately but visitors are welcome between 8AM and dusk IF the gate is open.
New church down the dirt road from the memorial has a leaflet in box in front (donation requested) describing the events and has a map of the original buildings.

Stopped by here on November 26th 2017, not much to see but still a very creepy place. Didn't have time to venture further in.
